Being A Good Parent: Spend Your Weekend With Your Children!

I will like to hear from you on how you spend your weekend with your children.

Just before that, I will like to share with you one thing I observed that seems funny at times.
I was taking a boy a private home lesson and I asked him a question, “Who do you like most between your mum and dad?”. The boy said the mum, because his mum was always with them at home. From this, I reason with him that children need the presence of their parents in order to share ideas, secrets and their experience with them.

Therefore, weekend is the time when you have more time for your children. During the week you have little or no time since your children will go to school during the weekdays while you go to your places of work or offices. So this is the time you have to build more relationship within your family.
Now back to my initial questions, how did you spend your weekend with your family?
Please share your own views on how you spend time with your family
Thanks.

  1. Many parents abandon their children all because of their career. They don’t know that it will affect their children that they will never have good relationship with their parents but an outsider.
